Vanessa has a BBA in Management from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Speech-Language Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado.

She possesses comprehensive years of external and internal customer relations experience in commercial business industries such as Chemical and Manufacturing, Piping & Valves, Healthcare/Scientific Distribution, Financial Services, Sales, Electronics Distribution, Oil & Gas, Janitorial/Engineering, and Facilities Management industries with extensive career functions in the following: Credit Analysis, B2B Commercial Credit, Accounts Receivable, Business Administration, and Vendor Relations using specific analytical, administrative skills to revitalize productivity and innovation.

Manish Desai is the Chief Financial Officer of EECC LLC and is responsible for leading the finance organization and providing Financial & Project management expertise.

In his previous roles at major O&G, Chemical, Power, and Telecom corporations, Manish has successfully steered and assisted in multi-billion dollar projects in these industries internationally (Egypt, Azerbaijan, Russia, Oman, and Angola, to name a few) as well here in GoM. He joined E2C2 LLC in 2020 as the CFO of EECC LLC.

Manish has more than 20 years of experience in various industries. He has worked for BP (Upstream and Downstream), SABIC, and Cingular Wireless in various finance and project management roles. As a project management professional, Manish has led teams through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling, tracking a project plan, and executing significant projects within the above industries. To lead projects to successful completion, he has expertise in various tools like Gantt charts, kanban boards, project dashboards, and task lists.

Manish is an Advisor Emeritus for PAIR and is an active volunteer/member in various Fort Bend ISD initiatives like School Boundary and Zoning Committees. Manish is an avid biker and hiker. He has participated in BP MS 150 and has hiked to Annapurna Base in Nepal.

Manish graduated from the University of Mumbai, received an MBA from McGill University, an MS in Information Technology from Marist College, and Post Grduate Diploma in Finance from NMIMS in India.

 Super excited to be a part of the EX2CC Team. I have had a satisfying career in construction management & safety for over 25 years. I have completed and managed commercial, civil and residential projects for major general contractor companies such as Manhattan Construction and CD Moody Construction. I completed my core education at North Carolina A&T / BS Construction Management and Safety. I further my craft with certification from Atlanta Technical College in Carpentry and Residential Superintendent. My motto is that there is no solution without a resolution.
